The QB Club is offering a limited-time promotional discount for qualifying Player NFT purchases made using $QBC through The QB Club Marketplace.
These Promotion Terms supplement The QB Club Terms of Service, Marketplace Policy, Marketplace Refund & Payment Dispute Policy, and Token Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure.
1. Promotion Period
The 2026 Season $QBC Marketplace Promotion is available through:
11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on February 14, 2027.
The promotion applies only to eligible purchases completed during the Promotion Period.
2. Promotional Discount
During the Promotion Period, qualifying Buy Now Player NFT purchases paid entirely in $QBC receive a:
30% discount from the listed U.S.-dollar Marketplace price.
For example, an eligible Player NFT listed for $10.00 would have a promotional $QBC purchase price calculated from $7.00.
3. $QBC Conversion
The discounted U.S.-dollar purchase amount is converted into $QBC using the Marketplace pricing methodology and current quote displayed at checkout.
Because $QBC market prices may change, the number of $QBC required to complete a purchase may also change.
Quotes are valid only for the period displayed at checkout. If a quote expires, a new quote may be required.
4. Eligible Purchases
Unless otherwise stated, the promotion applies to eligible Player NFTs offered by The QB Club through the Marketplace with an active Buy Now listing.
The promotion does not guarantee that any particular Player NFT will remain available for purchase.
5. Accepted Offers
The 30% promotional discount does not apply to purchases resulting from an accepted negotiated offer.
When an offer is accepted, the accepted offer amount is already the negotiated purchase price.
A buyer may use an available supported payment method to complete an accepted offer, including $QBC where available, but no additional 30% discount will be applied.
6. Other Discounts and Promotions
Unless The QB Club expressly states otherwise, the 2026 Season $QBC discount may not be combined with another coupon, discount, promotional code, or negotiated offer.
Future $QBC rewards, coupons, or promotional programs may have separate terms.
7. Refunds
If an eligible $QBC purchase is later approved for a refund, the refund will ordinarily be based on the amount of $QBC actually paid.
The purchaser is not entitled to receive:
- The undiscounted Marketplace price;
- The later U.S.-dollar value of the $QBC originally paid; or
- Additional $QBC because the token’s market price changed after purchase.
Refunds remain subject to the Marketplace Refund & Payment Dispute Policy.
8. Eligibility
The promotion is available only to members who are eligible to use The QB Club Marketplace and who satisfy applicable account, wallet, geographic, and transaction requirements.
The QB Club currently accepts member accounts from U.S. residents age 18 or older.
Void where prohibited.
9. No Cash Value
The promotional discount has no separate cash value.
Unused promotional eligibility cannot be:
- Exchanged for cash;
- Transferred to another person;
- Redeemed independently of an eligible purchase; or
- Carried forward after the Promotion Period ends.
10. Changes or Early Termination
The QB Club may prospectively modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion when reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, technical problems, legal or regulatory requirements, Marketplace changes, or other material circumstances.
Any such change will not ordinarily alter a qualifying purchase already completed before the change takes effect.
11. End of Promotion
Unless extended through a new written promotion, the 30% $QBC discount automatically expires at:
11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on February 14, 2027.
After expiration, payment with $QBC may remain available, but use of $QBC will not automatically entitle the purchaser to a 30% discount.
The QB Club may introduce different $QBC rewards, coupons, discounts, or member benefits in the future.
