Community Guidelines

EEffective Date: September 25, 2026

The QB Club is built around football, collecting, competition, and community.

These Community Guidelines apply to participation in official QB Club community spaces, including TheQBClub.xyz, Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, YouTube, Rumble, livestreams, comments, and other official channels or community features operated by The QB Club.

The goal is simple:

Be respectful. Be honest. Keep it fun.

1. Respect Other Members

Treat other people with respect, even when you disagree.

The following are not permitted:

  • Harassment or targeted abuse;
  • Threats or intimidation;
  • Personal attacks;
  • Hate speech or discriminatory abuse;
  • Deliberate trolling intended to disrupt the community;
  • Repeated unwanted contact;
  • Doxxing or sharing another person’s private information without permission.

Friendly trash talk and football rivalry are part of sports culture. Personal abuse is not.

2. Keep It Football and Collecting Focused

QB Club community spaces are primarily for:

  • Football;
  • Football cards;
  • Player NFTs;
  • Vault Boosts;
  • Fantasy-style competition;
  • The QB Club Marketplace;
  • $QBC;
  • Collecting;
  • Project updates; and
  • Related community discussion.

Reasonable off-topic conversation is fine where appropriate, but content that repeatedly disrupts the purpose of a channel may be removed.

Avoid inflammatory political arguments, explicit sexual content, graphic content, or other material that is inappropriate for the community.

3. No Scams, Fraud, or Impersonation

Do not:

  • Impersonate The QB Club, its administrators, moderators, or another member;
  • Create fake QB Club accounts or support profiles;
  • Send fraudulent Marketplace or wallet links;
  • Promote fake QB Club NFTs or tokens;
  • Misrepresent an NFT, card, token, transaction, or reward;
  • Attempt to steal wallet credentials or other account information;
  • Run phishing schemes;
  • Use the community to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity.

The QB Club may immediately remove or ban accounts reasonably believed to be engaged in fraud, phishing, impersonation, or theft.

4. Protect Wallet and Account Information

Never publicly share:

  • A Secret Recovery Phrase;
  • Private key;
  • Password;
  • PIN;
  • Authentication code; or
  • Other credentials that provide access to an account or wallet.

The QB Club will never ask for your Secret Recovery Phrase or private key.

Be cautious of unsolicited direct messages claiming to provide:

  • QB Club support;
  • Wallet support;
  • Prize assistance;
  • NFT verification;
  • Token assistance; or
  • Marketplace help.

When in doubt, use contact information and links published directly on TheQBClub.xyz.

5. Token and Marketplace Discussion

Members may discuss $QBC, Player NFTs, football cards, Marketplace activity, and related topics.

However, do not:

  • Spam token or NFT promotions;
  • Coordinate deceptive trading activity;
  • Engage in wash trading or Marketplace manipulation;
  • Make knowingly false claims about prices, rewards, liquidity, or guaranteed returns;
  • Promote pump-and-dump activity;
  • Repeatedly solicit members through unwanted direct messages; or
  • Misrepresent unaffiliated tokens or collections as official QB Club assets.

Opinions and predictions are welcome when clearly presented as opinions.

No member should claim that the future value of $QBC, a Player NFT, or a physical card is guaranteed.

6. Content Sharing

Members are welcome to share appropriate content such as:

  • Football-card pulls;
  • Collections;
  • Memes;
  • Competition results;
  • Fantasy discussion;
  • Vault Boost reactions;
  • Marketplace activity;
  • Player news;
  • QB Club-related videos or posts; and
  • Constructive project feedback.

Content should be appropriate for the community and respect the rights of others.

Do not knowingly post:

  • Illegal material;
  • Malware or malicious links;
  • Copyright-infringing material presented as your own;
  • Explicit sexual content;
  • Graphic violence unrelated to ordinary football discussion; or
  • Content intended primarily to harass, deceive, or disrupt.

7. Spam and Promotion

Reasonable sharing is welcome.

Excessive advertising, repetitive posting, referral-link spam, unsolicited direct-message campaigns, or unrelated commercial promotion may be removed.

Promotion of unrelated crypto projects, tokens, NFT collections, gambling services, or other commercial ventures may be restricted or removed at moderator discretion when it disrupts the community or creates security concerns.

8. Competition Conduct

Participants in QB Club competitions are expected to act in good faith.

Do not:

  • Collude with other participants;
  • Manipulate eligibility;
  • Use multiple identities or accounts to circumvent rules;
  • Exploit known technical errors;
  • Submit false ownership or account information;
  • Harass competitors; or
  • Attempt to interfere with scoring, rewards, or results.

Competition-related misconduct may also be handled under the Contest Rules & Eligibility Policy.

9. Marketplace Conduct

Members using The QB Club Marketplace must act honestly and in good faith.

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Fraudulent offers;
  • Deliberately false payment claims;
  • Attempts to manipulate offer activity;
  • Abuse of refund or dispute procedures;
  • Wallet impersonation;
  • Attempts to obtain both an NFT and a reversed payment; or
  • Exploitation of technical errors.

Serious Marketplace misconduct may result in restrictions under the Marketplace Policy, Refund & Payment Dispute Policy, or Terms of Service.

10. Constructive Feedback

Feedback is welcome — including criticism.

Members are encouraged to:

  • Report bugs;
  • Suggest features;
  • Question project decisions;
  • Point out inconsistencies;
  • Recommend improvements; and
  • Share concerns respectfully.

Disagreement with The QB Club or another member is not itself a violation of these Guidelines.

The distinction is between criticism and abuse.

11. Moderation and Enforcement

Depending on the circumstances, violations may result in:

  • Removal of content;
  • A warning;
  • Temporary muting;
  • Removal from a community channel;
  • Temporary suspension;
  • Permanent community ban;
  • Marketplace restrictions;
  • Competition disqualification;
  • Account restrictions; or
  • Other action reasonably necessary to protect the community or platform.

Not every violation requires the same response.

Serious fraud, phishing, threats, theft, impersonation, or security abuse may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

Community moderation does not alter blockchain ownership of an NFT or digital asset.

12. Appeals

A member who believes significant enforcement action was taken in error may contact:

support@theqbclub.xyz

The QB Club may review:

  • The conduct involved;
  • Prior warnings;
  • Available evidence;
  • Security concerns;
  • Impact on other members; and
  • Other relevant circumstances.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the decision.

13. Reporting Problems

Members are encouraged to report:

  • Scams;
  • Phishing;
  • Impersonation;
  • Harassment;
  • Fraudulent Marketplace activity;
  • Suspicious links;
  • Security problems; or
  • Other serious violations.

Reports may be sent to:

support@theqbclub.xyz

Where possible, include relevant screenshots, usernames, links, wallet addresses, or other information that may help investigate the issue.

Do not send private keys or recovery phrases when reporting a problem.

14. Changes to These Guidelines

The QB Club may update these Guidelines as community features and platforms evolve.

The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current published version.

Material changes may be announced through the website or other official QB Club communications where appropriate.

15. Community Spirit

The QB Club was built around football, collecting, friendly competition, and trying something different.

Celebrate great pulls.

Root for your players.

Talk a little trash.

Help somebody who’s new.

Call out a bad idea when you see one.

Just don’t make the community miserable for everybody else.
