Verify Before You Buy
$QBC is issued on the Solana blockchain.
Imitation or unrelated tokens may use The QB Club name, the $QBC symbol, or similar branding on other blockchains or platforms.
Always verify the official Solana contract address shown on this page before purchasing, swapping, or transferring $QBC.
$QBC is used in connection with The QB Club ecosystem for competition rewards, Marketplace payments, promotional benefits, and other current or future features.
$QBC has a fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens.
Long-Term $QBC Supply Lock
To provide a transparent and predictable release structure, 750,000,000 $QBC — 75% of the total supply — were placed in a five-year Streamflow smart contract.
The scheduled release period began April 1, 2026, with 37,500,000 $QBC scheduled to become available each quarter over the five-year term.
Because the Streamflow contract exists on the Solana blockchain, its activity can be independently reviewed on-chain.

Original Token Supply Allocation
$QBC has a fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens.
The original token supply was designated across the following categories:
- 20% — Leagues & Rewards
- 1% QB Only Beta League
- 19% Other Near-Term League Allocations
- 10% — Developer Pool
- 10% — Liquidity Pool
- 10% — Community, Airdrops & Marketing
- 50% — Treasury & Reserves
These percentages describe the original allocation structure of the token supply.
They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that each category will maintain the same wallet balance, spending rate, or operational use indefinitely.
Tokens may move between designated QB Club-controlled wallets for legitimate purposes such as Prize Vault funding, liquidity operations, security, wallet migration, technical administration, or other uses described in The QB Club’s published policies.
Relevant wallet balances and blockchain activity may be independently reviewed on-chain where wallet addresses are publicly identified.

Developer Pool & Current Status
The original $QBC allocation reserved 10% of the total supply, or 100,000,000 $QBC, for the Developer Pool.
This allocation was established to support future development, project management, and long-term work on The QB Club.
No $QBC has been taken or distributed from the Developer Pool to date, and no developer distribution will occur before January 1, 2027.
Although the original tokenomics contemplated developer distributions based on time and project milestones, those distributions have not begun.
The current priority is building participation and demonstrating meaningful, sustainable growth before developer compensation is taken from this allocation.
Beginning January 1, 2027, the Developer Pool is subject to the following current maximum distribution limits:
- No more than 5% of the original Developer Pool — 5,000,000 $QBC — may be distributed during any calendar quarter.
- No more than 20% of the original Developer Pool — 20,000,000 $QBC — may be distributed during any rolling 12-month period.
- These limits are maximum permitted distributions, not scheduled or guaranteed compensation.
- Any developer distribution will be publicly disclosed and reflected on this Tokenomics & Transparency page.
The QB Club may also place the Developer Pool into a separate on-chain vesting or locking arrangement so that future restrictions can be independently verified through the blockchain.
Until January 1, 2027, the permitted developer distribution is zero.
Current Utility of $QBC
$QBC currently serves several roles within The QB Club ecosystem.
Competition Rewards
Eligible Player NFT owners may earn $QBC through fantasy-style competitions, simulations, tournaments, and other qualifying events.
Prize structures vary by competition and are governed by the rules published for that event.
Marketplace Payments
$QBC may be used as a payment method for qualifying Player NFT purchases through The QB Club Marketplace.
Marketplace prices are generally displayed in U.S. dollars, with the required $QBC amount calculated using the current Marketplace quote.
2026 Season Marketplace Promotion
During the announced 2026 Season $QBC Marketplace Promotion, qualifying Buy Now purchases paid in $QBC receive a 30% discount from the listed NFT price.
This is a limited-time promotion and not a permanent token feature.
Full terms are available through the Policy Center.
Future Utility
The QB Club may develop additional practical uses for $QBC, including rewards, coupons, Marketplace benefits, merchandise or physical-card discounts, competition-related features, or other member benefits.
Potential future features are not guaranteed and will be introduced only if and when they are operationally appropriate.
The goal is to add utility because it improves the collector and participant experience, not simply to manufacture transaction activity around the token.
Prize Vaults & Long-Term Sustainability
The QB Club maintains dedicated $QBC Prize Vaults to support competitions and rewards.
Prize Vaults are separate from ordinary operating funds and are intended to provide visible ecosystem resources that can support future competitions.
The existence or size of a Prize Vault does not require The QB Club to distribute a fixed percentage of that wallet during a particular season.
Instead, each competition’s prize structure is announced in the applicable rules.
Prize Vaults may be funded through:
- Initial $QBC allocations;
- Marketplace-related contributions;
- Treasury allocations;
- Returned or reverted rewards;
- Promotional or ecosystem programs;
- Future $QBC Rewards programs; or
- Other amounts designated by The QB Club.
Marketplace Contributions
Under the current operating model, The QB Club generally intends to designate 50% of net proceeds from qualifying first-party Player NFT sales toward Prize Vault funding.
Depending on the payment method, this may involve:
- Transferring $QBC received through a Marketplace purchase to the appropriate Prize Vault;
- Using a portion of SOL, USDC, or other proceeds to acquire $QBC for Prize Vault funding; or
- Using another reasonable method consistent with the Treasury & Payout Policy.
These contributions may be processed periodically or aggregated rather than immediately following every individual purchase.
The general cycle is:
New Player Ownership → Prize Vault Contribution → Future Competition Funding
This structure is intended to allow growth in the Marketplace to contribute to future competition resources without requiring a fixed annual payout percentage.
$QBC Liquidity
The QB Club originally established a $QBC/SOL liquidity pool to provide a decentralized trading market for $QBC on Solana.
The liquidity-provider tokens associated with the original pool were subsequently burned, meaning The QB Club cannot use those LP tokens to withdraw the underlying liquidity.
As the ecosystem developed, additional liquidity pools were created.
$QBC / $PENGU
The $QBC/$PENGU pool provides an additional trading pair for participants holding $PENGU within the Solana ecosystem.
$QBC / USDC
The $QBC/$USDC pool provides a stablecoin-denominated trading pair for participants who prefer to trade $QBC against USDC rather than first converting through SOL.
Unlike the original $QBC/SOL pool, the LP tokens associated with the $QBC/$PENGU and $QBC/$USDC pools have not been burned.
These positions remain project-managed liquidity and may be adjusted, migrated, increased, reduced, or discontinued as market conditions and ecosystem needs change.
Liquidity activity does not represent a commitment by The QB Club to maintain:
- A particular $QBC price;
- A particular trading range;
- A particular market capitalization;
- A particular amount of liquidity; or
- Continuous trading availability.
Liquidity-pool activity is recorded on-chain and may be independently reviewed through Solana blockchain explorers and decentralized-market data services.
Treasury Reserve
The Treasury Reserve supports the broader operation and long-term development of The QB Club.
Treasury resources may be used for purposes such as:
- Future competition or Player Club funding;
- Product and software development;
- Marketplace infrastructure;
- Wallet and blockchain services;
- Security;
- Liquidity operations;
- Marketing;
- Physical-card acquisition;
- Vault Boost activity;
- Storage and custody;
- Promotions;
- Partnerships;
- Professional and administrative expenses;
- Contingency needs; and
- Other activities supporting operation of The QB Club.
The Treasury Reserve is separate from designated Prize Vaults.
Treasury assets may include $QBC, SOL, USDC, U.S. dollars, or other assets held or acquired by The QB Club.
Treasury transactions involving blockchain assets are recorded on-chain and may be independently reviewed where the applicable wallet address is publicly identified.
Prize Vaults Are Not User Escrow
Prize Vaults are controlled by The QB Club for ecosystem and competition purposes.
They are not:
- Individual participant accounts;
- Escrow accounts;
- Bank accounts;
- Trust accounts; or
- Pro-rata property of Player NFT or $QBC holders.
A participant becomes entitled to a particular prize only after earning that prize under the applicable competition rules and satisfying applicable eligibility requirements.
The balance of a Prize Vault should not be interpreted as an amount currently owed to participants.
Transparency
The QB Club intends to provide reasonable transparency around significant $QBC-related activity.
Transparency may include:
- Publishing important wallet addresses;
- Publishing Prize Vault balances;
- Publishing token-lock information;
- Providing links to blockchain explorers;
- Reporting competition payouts;
- Disclosing developer distributions;
- Reporting material changes to token utility;
- Publishing relevant liquidity information; and
- Updating this page as the ecosystem evolves.
Because blockchain activity occurs continuously, a website summary may not always reflect the most recent transaction.
Where available, on-chain records provide an additional independent source for reviewing blockchain activity.
Important Risk Information
$QBC is a digital asset whose market value may fluctuate substantially.
The QB Club does not guarantee:
- Future token value;
- Liquidity;
- Exchange support;
- Price appreciation;
- A particular trading market;
- Future competition prizes; or
