The QB Club (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates fantasy-style leagues where player NFTs earn $QBC token rewards based on real-world player performance. This Fantasy Scoring & Rewards Policy (“Policy”) explains how scoring is determined and rewards are allocated.
1. General Principles
- Scoring is based on publicly available NFL statistics sourced from licensed or reputable providers.
- Applicable positions may include, but are not limited to: quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, tight ends, kickers, and defenses/special teams.
- Each league format may apply its own scoring system, published prior to the start of play.
- Participants are responsible for reviewing rules before joining a league.
2. League-Specific Rules
- Scoring formulas (points per yard, touchdowns, turnovers) may differ across leagues.
- Variations will be displayed on each league’s information page.
- The QB Club may update rules prior to each season for fairness and balance.
3. Statistical Discrepancies
- Official scoring data is final once confirmed by the NFL’s official statistical feed or an equivalent source.
- Adjustments due to stat corrections may be applied retroactively if feasible.
- The QB Club is not liable for delays or errors arising from third-party data.
4. Extraordinary Circumstances
- In the event of game cancellations, player injuries, or other disruptions, The QB Club may make discretionary scoring or payout adjustments.
- All such decisions are final.
5. Rewards & Payouts
- Rewards are allocated from each league’s designated vault, proportional to performance.
- All prize pools are pre-funded with $QBC tokens equal to 20x the initial season’s potential prize obligations.
- Vaults remain under Company custody and are managed pursuant to the Treasury & Payout Policy.
- Rewards are denominated in $QBC, a utility token with no guaranteed fiat value.
6. Tie-Breakers
- If two or more NFTs finish with identical point totals, rewards will be split evenly unless otherwise specified.
- Secondary tie-breakers may be published per league.
7. Policy Updates
- Scoring and reward policies may be updated before each season or league launch.
- Material changes require 30-day advance notice on the homepage and Discord.
- Until community governance tools are deployed, the founding team retains sole authority.
