This Fantasy Scoring & Rewards Policy explains how The QB Club calculates fantasy-style scoring, determines results, and distributes rewards for competitions based on real-world professional football performance.
This Policy supplements The QB Club Terms of Service, Contest Rules & Eligibility Policy, Treasury & Payout Policy, and the specific rules published for each competition.
Not every QB Club competition uses fantasy scoring. Madden simulations, tournaments, promotional events, and other competition formats may use separate rules.
1. General Scoring Principles
Fantasy-style competitions operated by The QB Club use objective player-performance statistics and scoring formulas published before the applicable competition begins.
Eligible Player Clubs currently include:
- QB Club — Quarterbacks
- RB Club — Running Backs
- WR Club — Wide Receivers
- TE Club — Tight Ends
Different Player Clubs or competitions may use different scoring formulas.
The scoring rules published for the applicable competition control.
2. Competition-Specific Scoring Rules
Before a fantasy-style competition begins, The QB Club will publish the applicable scoring rules.
Those rules may award or deduct points for statistics such as:
- Passing yards;
- Passing touchdowns;
- Interceptions;
- Rushing yards;
- Rushing touchdowns;
- Receptions;
- Receiving yards;
- Receiving touchdowns;
- Fumbles;
- Two-point conversions;
- Other announced statistical categories.
The QB Club may also create category-based rewards, bonuses, or other scoring structures when disclosed before the competition begins.
Participants should review the applicable competition rules before the scoring period starts.
3. Eligibility and Ownership Snapshots
Fantasy scoring applies only to Player NFTs eligible under the applicable Contest Rules & Eligibility Policy and competition-specific rules.
Unless otherwise stated, eligibility may depend on ownership of an eligible Player NFT at a published roster-lock or ownership-snapshot time.
There is generally no separate Opt-In requirement for an otherwise eligible Player NFT unless the applicable competition rules specifically require one.
A transfer occurring after the published ownership snapshot does not necessarily transfer eligibility for that already-snapshotted competition.
Temporary suspension, redemption, Administrative Deactivation, or another change in Player NFT status may affect eligibility as described in applicable QB Club policies.
4. Statistical Sources
The QB Club may use publicly available, licensed, or reputable third-party statistical sources to calculate fantasy results.
The applicable source or methodology may be identified in the competition rules where appropriate.
The QB Club may use reasonable judgment when reconciling discrepancies between statistical sources.
Third-party statistical services are outside The QB Club’s control, and data may occasionally be delayed, corrected, or unavailable.
5. Statistical Corrections
Fantasy results may remain unofficial for a reasonable reconciliation period after the underlying games are completed.
If the applicable statistical source issues a correction during that period, The QB Club may update:
- Player scores;
- Standings;
- Category results;
- Tie-breakers; and
- Prize allocations.
The competition rules may establish a specific deadline after which results become final.
Once results have been declared final and prizes distributed, scoring will generally not be changed except where necessary to correct a material error, fraud, or another significant issue affecting the integrity of the competition.
6. Player Injuries and Inactive Players
Player injuries, benchings, reduced playing time, suspensions, inactive status, coaching decisions, weather conditions, or other ordinary football events generally do not result in scoring adjustments.
A player’s actual qualifying statistical performance during the applicable scoring period will ordinarily determine the result.
The QB Club does not guarantee that an eligible player will:
- Start;
- Play;
- Remain healthy;
- Receive a particular amount of playing time; or
- Produce any particular statistical result.
Competition-specific rules may establish different procedures where appropriate.
7. Postponed, Suspended, or Canceled Games
If an NFL game is postponed, suspended, canceled, shortened, or otherwise materially disrupted, The QB Club may apply the treatment announced in the applicable competition rules.
Depending on the circumstances, The QB Club may:
- Use officially recorded statistics;
- Wait for a rescheduled game;
- Exclude the affected game or player;
- Modify the applicable scoring period;
- Adjust a prize allocation;
- Cancel or modify the affected competition; or
- Take another reasonable action intended to preserve the integrity of the competition.
Where practical, The QB Club will communicate material scoring changes before results become final.
8. Scoring Errors
If The QB Club discovers a calculation, transcription, software, or data-processing error, it may correct the affected scores and standings before results become final.
Examples may include:
- An incorrect statistical value;
- A duplicated statistic;
- A missing statistic;
- An incorrect scoring formula;
- An incorrect Player NFT assignment; or
- A technical calculation error.
Corrections will be based on the published rules rather than discretionary changes intended to favor a particular participant.
9. Tie-Breakers
Tie-breaking procedures will be stated in the rules for the applicable competition.
Depending on the competition, ties may be resolved through:
- A published secondary statistic;
- A hierarchy of statistical categories;
- A split of the applicable prize;
- Advancement rules;
- Another announced method.
The QB Club will not introduce a new tie-breaker after a competition has begun merely to select a preferred outcome.
If the published rules provide for an equal split, the applicable prize will be divided as described in those rules.
10. Rewards
Fantasy-style competitions may award:
- $QBC
- Physical football cards
- Merchandise
- Promotional benefits
- Other announced prizes
The applicable competition rules will identify the prizes available.
Not every competition will use the same prize structure.
No particular reward amount or type is guaranteed for future competitions.
11. $QBC Rewards
When a competition awards $QBC, the number of tokens to be distributed will be determined under the applicable competition rules.
$QBC rewards may be funded from a designated Prize Vault or another QB Club-controlled reward allocation.
$QBC may fluctuate substantially in market value.
The QB Club does not guarantee:
- The U.S.-dollar value of a $QBC prize;
- Future liquidity;
- Future market price;
- Exchange availability; or
- Appreciation after a prize is distributed.

12. Prize Vaults
The QB Club may maintain designated Prize Vaults to support competition rewards.
Prize Vaults are administered under the Treasury & Payout Policy.
The existence or balance of a Prize Vault does not mean the full balance will be distributed during a particular competition, season, or year.
The specific reward commitment for a competition is the amount or prize structure stated in that competition’s published rules.
13. Prize Distribution
After competition results become final, The QB Club will distribute prizes according to the applicable rules.
Digital-asset prizes will generally be sent to the winner’s verified Solana wallet.
Physical prizes may require a valid U.S. shipping address.
Before distributing a prize, The QB Club may reasonably verify:
- Participant eligibility;
- Player NFT ownership at the required snapshot;
- Final scoring;
- Wallet information;
- Age or residency;
- Tie-breaking results; and
- Other information necessary to administer the competition.
Prize distribution timing may vary depending on reconciliation, verification, blockchain conditions, shipping requirements, and other reasonable administrative factors.
14. Failed or Unclaimed Rewards
A reward may remain unpaid or return to the applicable Prize Vault when:
- The participant is determined to be ineligible;
- Required information is not provided;
- A wallet address is invalid;
- A blockchain transfer fails;
- A prize is forfeited under the applicable rules; or
- Another circumstance prevents valid distribution.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable competition rules, undistributed or reverted $QBC may remain available for future QB Club rewards.
15. Taxes
Prize recipients are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from rewards.
The QB Club may request information or provide tax reporting where required by applicable law.
The market value of a digital-asset reward for tax purposes may differ from its value at a later date.
16. Simulation and Tournament Events
This Policy primarily governs competitions based on real-world football statistics.
Madden simulations, bracket tournaments, head-to-head simulated events, and other formats may use different methods for determining winners.
Those events will be governed by their own published rules together with the general Contest Rules & Eligibility Policy.
Fantasy scoring formulas described in this Policy do not automatically apply to simulation-based competitions.
17. Fairness and Integrity
The QB Club will apply published scoring rules consistently to eligible participants.
Scoring decisions will be based on:
- The applicable published rules;
- The designated statistical information;
- Documented ownership information;
- Announced tie-break procedures; and
- Reasonable correction of errors.
The QB Club may investigate suspected manipulation, collusion, fraud, or attempts to exploit scoring or eligibility systems.
Prohibited conduct may result in disqualification or other action under the Contest Rules & Eligibility Policy and Terms of Service.
18. Changes to Scoring Rules
The QB Club may change fantasy-scoring formulas or reward structures for future competitions.
Material changes will ordinarily be announced before the applicable competition begins.
Scoring rules will not ordinarily be changed retroactively after a competition has started.
An exception may be made where reasonably necessary to address:
- A material error;
- Fraud;
- Technical failure;
- An unforeseeable event affecting the competition; or
- Applicable legal requirements.
Where practical, affected participants will be informed of a material in-progress change.
19. No Guarantee of Future Competitions or Rewards
Ownership of a Player NFT does not guarantee:
- A particular number of future competitions;
- A particular scoring system;
- A particular prize;
- Continued eligibility for every competition;
- A particular amount of $QBC; or
- Any future financial value.
The QB Club may introduce, modify, or discontinue competition formats as the platform evolves.

This Policy should be read together with:

The rules for a specific competition supplement this Policy and control where they establish more specific scoring, eligibility, or prize procedures.
21. Policy Updates
The QB Club may update this Policy as scoring systems, Player Clubs, competition formats, or rewards evolve.
The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current published version.
Changes will not ordinarily alter the outcome of a completed competition after results have become final except in cases involving material error, fraud, or another significant integrity issue.
