Week 5 of The QB Club Beta League delivered a battle that came down to poise, precision, and patience.
With Lamar Jackson sidelined and Jordan Love on a bye, the field was wide open for all remaining contenders to take control. Baker Mayfield wasted no time, tossing early touchdowns and stacking up steady yardage to grab the top spot heading into Monday night.
But standing in his way was Patrick Mahomes, who entered the primetime matchup needing a monster performance to overtake Baker. Mahomes crossed the 300-yard mark and added multiple scores, but his late push fell just short.
When the dust settled, Baker Mayfield stood alone at the top. The Week 5 champion of The QB Club Beta League.

As The QB Club grows, we’re focused on doing things the right way, not just the fast way.
Our NFT minting process is being refined to ensure everything from card custody and player enrollment to $QBC reward eligibility. While that means a short delay in our first NFT drop, it also means stronger foundations for everything to come.
We’re aligning our legal, technical, and operational processes so that The QB Club can endure, not just launch. Updates to our policy framework, payout structures, and future beta expansion plans are all underway.
