Five weeks of NFL action are in the books for The QB Club, and we now have our fourth different weekly winner.
Thursday night kicked things off with Justin Herbert and the Chargers dismantling the Minnesota Vikings. Herbert continued his strong stretch, putting up an impressive 31.28 fantasy points to set the early bar.
Sunday’s early slate saw Jalen Hurts and the Eagles hang 38 points on the Giants (and yes, that Tush Push absolutely should’ve been ruled a fumble). Hurts surpassed Herbert with 33.36 points, keeping Philadelphia’s offense humming and briefly holding the top spot.
Then came Sunday night and the much-anticipated Aaron Rodgers (not a QB Club QB) vs. Packers reunion game. Jordan Love made sure it would be his night, delivering a stellar performance capped by a crucial two-point conversion to finish with 34.4 points, enough to leapfrog Hurts and take the lead.
Still, it wasn’t over yet. Patrick Mahomes had one more chance to spoil the party on Monday night, and we’ve all seen what he can do under the lights. Despite tossing three touchdowns and leading the Chiefs to victory, Mahomes fell just short, leaving Jordan Love as this week’s QB Club Weekly Champion.
