Week 4 Winners: Just When You Think You Have a Victory…
This week was a crazy one with lots of drama, and not from the usual places. QB output was low and provided us an early and unlikely victor. The other positions had lots of drama and a few folks who likely thought they had things wrapped up… and then a better performance took them down.
Let’s begin.
The QB Club — Rodgers Sets a Bar Nobody Can Clear

Rodgers and the Steelers went out on Thursday night and put up a loss to, of all teams, the Browns. In the melee, and though maybe not his most efficient performance of his career, Aaron Rodgers put up a serviceable 27.96 points.
No one would have expected this to hold. After all, prior winners this season included:
- Week 1: Caleb Williams (41.26)
- Week 2: Josh Allen (46.82)
- Week 3: Brock Purdy (39.28)
But for some reason, Week 4 was not a great week for fantasy scoring QBs. Rodgers would be the only QB Club quarterback to put up 3 TDs, and despite good performances by Joe Burrow (25.72), Bryce Young (25.46), Brock Purdy (23.62), and Lamar Jackson (22.88), nobody could quite get enough points to defeat the aging future Hall of Famer.
Rodgers takes the week.
The RB Club — Bijan Steals It on Monday Night

The running back category brought the opposite energy. With no running backs in the Thursday night game, we shifted to Sunday morning. The London game saw Jonathan Taylor carve up the Commanders defense for 95 yards and 2 TDs, setting the tone early with 22.7 points. Taylor is no stranger to QB Club victories, having previously won Week 2. But there was still a lot of football to play.
The lead would withstand the early games and the afternoon slate. Names like Gibbs (17.7), Cook (16.3) and McCaffrey (16.0) couldn’t break through.
But an unexpected challenger appeared Sunday night in the form of Chuba Hubbard. The Panthers hung 32 points on the struggling Lions defense, and Hubbard stood out with 122 yards and 2 rushing TDs, taking the RB Club lead with 25.9 points.
The underdog was smelling victory, but there was a rather large hurdle remaining in Bijan Robinson. The Falcons traveled to New Orleans to face the Saints on Monday night. From the get-go, it was a Bijan party. In the first 90 seconds, he scampered for a 59-yard touchdown, and you just knew it was going to be a long, likely disappointing night for our Chuba Hubbard NFT holder.
Robinson would ultimately squeak by for the victory, putting up 145 yards and 2 TDs for a total of 27.7 points, eclipsing Hubbard’s lead by less than 2 points and sealing the victory. Robinson has now won two weeks (and finished second in another). He may be making a serious run for MVP (even though it’s almost always a QB).
The WR Club — McMillan Tops Lamb’s Monster Day

DK Metcalf’s 16.5 Thursday night points held a precarious lead heading into the Sunday matches, and it wouldn’t last long. In fact, it would be obliterated by CeeDee Lamb, who posted a shocking 17 receptions on his way to a 41.3-point day. This marked the highest one-game total for the WR Club so far this season, and it felt like a lock that Lamb would take the crown for the second time this season.
However…
Tetairoa McMillan had something to say about that.
The Panthers had quite a night on Sunday. Young finished third for QBs, Hubbard second for running backs. But it was McMillan who shone brightest on Sunday night with a career performance: 14 catches, 192 yards, and 2 TDs. His 45.2 point total is the highest of the 2026 season so far, and it outmatched CeeDee Lamb’s incredible performance.
The TE Club — LaPorta Breaks Through Late

Competition has been sparse in the TE Club with only 4 owned NFTs: Bowers, McBride, Kittle, and LaPorta. That’s about to change, though, as Monday saw two more NFTs find owners. Dalton Kincaid and Jake Ferguson have been added to the pool, which should make things a bit more exciting in the weeks ahead.
Sunday’s early game put Trey McBride out there against the Giants. McBride put up his lowest total of the season: 10.1 points. Doesn’t help when the referees are cursing you out, I suppose.
The afternoon games saw some more TE action with Kittle and Bowers both eclipsing McBride in their quest to outdo one another. We headed into the night game with Bowers’ 20.6 points giving him a fairly comfortable lead with only Sam LaPorta to play. It looked like Bowers was ready to post his second straight victory since his return from injury last week.
UNTIL…
The Lions took the field and Sam LaPorta, who has quietly put up decent numbers this season, emerged as a weapon. Detroit has many of them, and LaPorta doesn’t always get the opportunity to shine, but his 8 catches for 84 yards and a TD yielded an impressive 22.4 points and gave him the overall victory.
RECAP
Some really close matchups in Week 4 and some high drama provided some new and unexpected winners (Rodgers, McMillan, and LaPorta) while cementing a fourth as someone we almost expect to see in the top two each week (Bijan).
LOOKING AHEAD
We have a few big announcements this week. It’s Tuesday and already we’ve added a number of new players to our game. NFTs that have been purchased from The Marketplace include:
- Emmett Johnson, RB
- George Pickens, WR
- Khalil Shakir, WR
- Jake Ferguson, TE
- Dalton Kincaid, TE
It’s great to see The QB Club universe expanding, and we sense more NFT additions to the roster and more new players are on the way! To get started, register at The QB Club, connect a wallet, and check out the marketplace. The process takes about 2 minutes!
THE STARTING FOUR
We are working on a brand new feature for The QB Club called The Starting Four. This feature will roll out and be effective starting Week 6. Every user who is signed up at TheQBClub.xyz and has a verified wallet will be eligible. We’ll take your best player score from each position group (QB, RB, WR, TE), total it up, and pay out the top 3 winners.
Have 2 QBs? Don’t worry, you do not need to set a starting lineup. We’ll take your best score.
Missing a TE? Go grab one off the waiver wire, or go with your best three positions for the week.
We’re excited for this new feature and we will be creating the appropriate payout prize wallet in the coming days. The Starting Four will run through the 2026 season and very likely beyond that.
One block at a time, we keep the chains moving.
