THE STARTING FOUR

2026 Official Rules

Effective for the 2026 NFL season beginning with Week 6

The Starting Four is a weekly fantasy football competition operated by The QB Club using eligible Player NFTs associated with registered QB Club accounts.

These Official Rules apply only to the 2026 Starting Four competition. The QB Club may modify, replace, or discontinue the competition in future seasons. No prize structure, funding level, or competition format described here is guaranteed for any future season.

These rules supplement The QB Club’s Terms of Service, Contest Rules & Eligibility Policy, Fantasy Scoring & Rewards Policy, Token Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

1. THE STARTING FOUR

Each participant’s Starting Four consists of:

One Quarterback (QB)
One Running Back (RB)
One Wide Receiver (WR)
One Tight End (TE)

For the 2026 competition, participants do not manually select a weekly lineup.

After each competition week is complete, The QB Club will identify the participant’s highest-scoring eligible Player NFT at each of the four positions.

Those four scores are combined to determine the participant’s weekly Starting Four Score.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To participate, a person must:

  • be at least 21 years old;
  • reside in the United States in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted;
  • maintain a registered account at TheQBClub.xyz;
  • have an eligible wallet properly connected to that account;
  • comply with these Official Rules and other applicable QB Club policies; and
  • satisfy any applicable legal eligibility requirements.

Participation is void where prohibited by law.

Persons directly involved in administering Starting Four may participate in testing but are not eligible to receive prizes unless The QB Club expressly determines otherwise in compliance with applicable law.

3. ONE ACCOUNT — ONE ENTRY

Each individual may receive only one Starting Four entry per competition week.

Participants may not create or control multiple QB Club accounts for the purpose of generating multiple Starting Four entries.

Separate individuals in the same household may maintain their own accounts and participate independently, provided each person independently satisfies these Official Rules.

4. ACCOUNT AND WALLET REQUIREMENTS

Eligible Player NFTs must be associated with a wallet recognized by the participant’s registered QB Club account.

Supported wallets may include:

  • a QB Club Wallet powered by Privy; and
  • a verified linked Phantom wallet.

Additional wallet types may be supported in the future.

Any wallet connected for Starting Four purposes must be legitimately owned or controlled by the registered account holder.

Participants may not connect or use wallets belonging to friends, family members, business partners, or other persons for the purpose of combining Player NFT collections or obtaining an unfair competitive advantage.

The QB Club may require additional wallet verification or designation of a primary competition wallet if reasonably necessary to protect competition integrity.

5. ELIGIBLE PLAYER NFTs

Only Player NFTs officially recognized by The QB Club are eligible for Starting Four scoring.

An eligible Player NFT must:

  • belong to an official QB Club Player NFT collection;
  • represent a QB, RB, WR, or TE;
  • be recognized by The QB Club’s ownership-verification system;
  • be associated with the participant’s registered account at the applicable Roster Lock; and
  • not be burned, suspended, administratively excluded, or otherwise ineligible.

Player NFTs acquired after the weekly Roster Lock will ordinarily become eligible beginning with the following competition week.

Solana blockchain records and The QB Club’s ownership-verification systems will be used to determine Player NFT ownership.

6. WEEKLY ROSTER LOCK

Each Starting Four competition week will have a Roster Lock.

Unless otherwise stated by The QB Club, the Roster Lock will occur immediately before the scheduled start of the first NFL game included in that competition week.

Player NFT ownership at the Roster Lock determines the collection available for that participant’s Starting Four calculation.

Player NFTs acquired after the Roster Lock will not be added retroactively to that week.

The QB Club may preserve a blockchain ownership snapshot or other ownership record at or near the Roster Lock.

7. AUTOMATIC STARTING FOUR SELECTION

After all applicable games for the competition week are complete and scores have been finalized, The QB Club will determine each participant’s:

  • highest-scoring eligible QB;
  • highest-scoring eligible RB;
  • highest-scoring eligible WR; and
  • highest-scoring eligible TE.

Only one Player NFT at each position counts.

If a participant owns multiple eligible players at a position, only the highest-scoring player at that position is used.

If a participant has no eligible Player NFT at a position, that position receives a score of zero.

A participant does not need to own an eligible player at all four positions to participate.

8. SCORING

Starting Four uses The QB Club’s established fantasy scoring methodology.

Player scores will be consistent with the scoring used for the applicable QB Club, RB Club, WR Club, and TE Club competitions unless otherwise required by these Official Rules.

The QB Club may rely on official NFL statistics and/or designated third-party statistical providers.

Reasonable statistical corrections may be incorporated before results are declared final.

After results have been finalized and prizes distributed, later statistical changes ordinarily will not result in recalculation unless The QB Club determines that a material scoring or administrative error occurred.

9. WEEKLY RANKING

The four qualifying position scores are combined to produce each participant’s Starting Four Score.

Participants are ranked from highest to lowest Starting Four Score.

The three highest verified Starting Four Scores each competition week receive the first-, second-, and third-place prizes described below.

10. 2026 COMPETITION PERIOD

Prize-bearing Starting Four competition begins with NFL Week 6 of the 2026 regular season.

The 2026 competition is scheduled to continue through:

  • NFL Weeks 6 through 18;
  • Wild Card Weekend;
  • Divisional Round;
  • Conference Championship Weekend; and
  • the Super Bowl.

This produces a maximum of 17 prize-bearing competition weeks.

During postseason competition weeks, only eligible player performances occurring in NFL games played during that postseason round will count.

Players whose NFL teams have been eliminated or who do not participate in an eligible game may produce a zero score for that competition week.

11. 2026 WEEKLY PRIZES

For each completed prize-bearing competition week:

1st Place — 15,000 $QBC

2nd Place — 10,000 $QBC

3rd Place — 5,000 $QBC

Total weekly prizes:

30,000 $QBC

There is no entry fee charged by The QB Club to participate in Starting Four.

Prize amounts are fixed in $QBC tokens and do not represent or guarantee any particular U.S. dollar value.

The market value of $QBC may increase or decrease.

12. 2026 STARTING FOUR PRIZE VAULT

The QB Club intends to segregate 510,000 $QBC into a dedicated Starting Four Prize Vault for the 2026 competition.

This represents:

17 competition weeks × 30,000 $QBC per week = 510,000 $QBC

The Starting Four Prize Vault is separate from the QB, RB, WR, and TE Club Prize Vaults.

Starting Four does not receive a standing percentage of Player NFT sales, physical-card sales, Marketplace revenue, or other ongoing revenue.

The 2026 Prize Vault is a season-specific allocation made by The QB Club for this competition.

Unused funds, if any, remain subject to The QB Club’s Treasury and Payout policies after the conclusion or cancellation of the applicable competition.

Nothing in these Official Rules obligates The QB Club to fund Starting Four at the same level—or to operate Starting Four at all—in any future season.

13. TIES

If participants finish with identical Starting Four Scores, the prizes associated with the tied finishing positions will be combined and divided equally among the tied participants.

For example:

  • Two participants tied for first would divide the combined first- and second-place prizes.
  • The next-highest participant would receive third place.
  • Two participants tied for second would divide the combined second- and third-place prizes.
  • Participants tied for third would divide the third-place prize equally.
  • Three participants tied for first would divide the entire weekly 30,000 $QBC prize pool equally.

No after-the-fact statistical or subjective tiebreaker will be created merely to avoid splitting a prize.

14. PRIZE VERIFICATION AND PAYMENT

Weekly results are subject to verification before prizes are distributed.

The QB Club may verify:

  • account eligibility;
  • wallet ownership;
  • Player NFT ownership at Roster Lock;
  • scoring;
  • compliance with these Official Rules; and
  • any unusual account or blockchain activity affecting the result.

$QBC prizes will ordinarily be transferred to an eligible verified wallet associated with the winner’s QB Club account.

A prize may be temporarily delayed while an eligibility, scoring, ownership, technical, or competitive-integrity question is reviewed.

A temporary review does not by itself mean that the participant violated the rules.

15. COMPETITIVE INTEGRITY AND ANTI-TAMPERING

Starting Four is intended to reflect the legitimate Player NFT collection of each individual participant.

Participants may not manipulate Player NFT ownership, accounts, or wallets primarily for the purpose of manufacturing a stronger Starting Four entry.

Prohibited conduct may include:

  • pooling Player NFT collections between participants;
  • temporarily lending or borrowing Player NFTs for competition purposes;
  • coordinating transfers between accounts or wallets to improve weekly Starting Four scores;
  • linking another person’s wallet to an account for competitive advantage;
  • sharing account access;
  • creating duplicate accounts;
  • disguising common control of multiple accounts or wallets;
  • manipulating ownership snapshots;
  • intentionally exploiting software, scoring, or ownership-verification errors; or
  • coordinating with other participants to circumvent the purpose or operation of these rules.

Normal purchases, sales, trades, gifts, and legitimate transfers of Player NFTs remain permitted.

A transfer by itself does not establish wrongdoing.

The QB Club may consider the timing, pattern, frequency, purpose, and surrounding circumstances of wallet activity when reviewing possible manipulation.

16. TEMPORARY HOLDS AND REVIEWS

If The QB Club reasonably believes an account, wallet, Player NFT, transaction, score, or prize requires further review, it may temporarily place the affected entry or prize on HOLD.

During a review, The QB Club may:

  • delay prize distribution;
  • temporarily exclude a disputed Player NFT from scoring;
  • freeze preliminary competition results;
  • request additional ownership or account verification; or
  • review relevant blockchain, account, and transaction records.

Where reasonably practical, the affected participant will be given an opportunity to provide relevant information before a final adverse determination is made.

17. UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT AND ENFORCEMENT

Participants are expected to compete in good faith.

Attempts to exploit technical loopholes, coordinated wallet activity, or unforeseen gaps in the rules may be treated as unsportsmanlike conduct even when the exact method was not specifically anticipated when these rules were written.

Depending on the seriousness and circumstances, The QB Club may:

  • issue a warning;
  • exclude an ineligible Player NFT;
  • correct or void a weekly score;
  • withhold a prize while an investigation is completed;
  • disqualify an entry for a particular week;
  • temporarily suspend Starting Four eligibility; or
  • permanently exclude a participant in cases of repeated or intentional abuse.

Any enforcement action should be reasonably related to the nature and severity of the conduct.

18. FORMAT AND RULE ADJUSTMENTS

Starting Four is a new competition format.

If participant behavior, technical limitations, unforeseen competitive strategies, or other circumstances materially undermine fair competition, The QB Club may modify the rules or operating procedures for future competition weeks.

Possible future changes may include:

  • requiring participants to designate a specific Starting Four lineup;
  • requiring a designated competition wallet;
  • changing wallet-lock procedures;
  • modifying ownership verification;
  • changing roster-lock procedures; or
  • adopting additional anti-manipulation requirements.

Whenever reasonably practical, material changes will apply prospectively rather than altering a competition week that has already been completed.

The QB Club will not ordinarily change a completed competition merely because of its outcome.

19. SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF A COMPETITION WEEK

The QB Club may suspend, postpone, modify, or cancel a future or active Starting Four competition week when reasonably necessary because of:

  • widespread manipulation or cheating;
  • material technical failure;
  • blockchain or wallet-system failure;
  • scoring-data failure;
  • security concerns;
  • legal or regulatory requirements; or
  • another circumstance that prevents a fair and reliable result.

If a fair result can reasonably be reconstructed using blockchain records, ownership snapshots, system logs, or reliable statistical data, The QB Club may do so.

If a fair result cannot reasonably be determined, the affected competition week may be cancelled.

No prize is earned for a competition week until results are finalized and verified.

20. PLAYER STATUS AND NFL GAME CONDITIONS

Participants assume the ordinary competitive risk that a player may:

  • be injured;
  • be inactive;
  • be benched;
  • play limited snaps;
  • leave a game early;
  • have a bye;
  • have his NFL team eliminated from postseason competition; or
  • otherwise produce a low or zero fantasy score.

The QB Club is not responsible for NFL roster, coaching, injury, suspension, scheduling, or playing-time decisions.

If an NFL game is postponed, suspended, cancelled, or materially rescheduled, The QB Club may apply the treatment provided under its Fantasy Scoring & Rewards Policy or another fair procedure appropriate to the circumstances.

21. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants are responsible for:

  • maintaining access to their QB Club account;
  • maintaining security and control of their wallets;
  • ensuring connected wallets are legitimately theirs;
  • reviewing competition rules;
  • providing accurate information when required for verification; and
  • complying with applicable laws and tax obligations.

The QB Club will never ask a participant to provide a wallet private key or seed phrase.

22. TAXES

Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local tax obligations associated with prizes received.

The QB Club may request information reasonably required for tax reporting or legal compliance and may issue tax documentation where required.

Participants should consult their own tax advisers regarding their individual circumstances.

23. PUBLICATION OF RESULTS

The QB Club may publish competition results, including:

  • participant display name or username;
  • Starting Four players;
  • weekly Starting Four Score;
  • finishing position; and
  • prize awarded.

Private wallet credentials, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, and other non-public personal information will not be published.

24. ACCOUNT OR PLATFORM VIOLATIONS

A participant whose QB Club account is suspended, restricted, or terminated for a material violation of The QB Club Terms of Service or applicable competition rules may also become ineligible for Starting Four participation or prizes.

A participant will not be penalized merely for reporting a bug, questioning a result, or raising a good-faith concern about the competition.

25. FUTURE SEASONS

These Official Rules apply to the 2026 Starting Four competition only.

Before any future season, The QB Club may independently determine:

  • whether Starting Four will return;
  • whether the format remains automatic or uses designated lineups;
  • the number of paid finishing positions;
  • prize amounts;
  • Prize Vault funding;
  • eligibility requirements; and
  • other competition procedures.

Participation in the 2026 Starting Four creates no entitlement to future competitions or future prizes.

26. GOVERNING TERMS

Starting Four is also subject to applicable policies published by The QB Club, including:

  • Terms of Service;
  • Contest Rules & Eligibility Policy;
  • Fantasy Scoring & Rewards Policy;
  • Token Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure;
  • Treasury & Payout Policy;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Community Guidelines; and
  • applicable Promotional Policies / Terms.

The governing-law and dispute provisions contained in The QB Club Terms of Service apply except where prohibited by applicable law.
