Vault Boost Rules and Policy

Overview

Vault Boosts are discretionary events conducted by The QB Club Treasury to enhance the underlying assets associated with NFTs in the collection.

These events are designed to expand asset backing, increase engagement, and strengthen the overall ecosystem during the offseason.

QB Club NFTs are digital collectibles backed by physical trading cards and are intended for participation, collecting, and platform-based events. They are not investment products and do not guarantee financial returns.

Funding Source

Vault Boosts are funded exclusively by The QB Club Treasury.

Prize Vaults are not used for Vault Boost activity and remain dedicated to long-term seasonal reward distributions.

How Vault Boosts Work

Vault Boosts may occur through:

  • trading card pack openings
  • simulation-based triggers
  • discretionary Treasury actions

When a card is obtained that clearly corresponds to a player represented by an NFT in the collection:

  • the card is added to the vaulted assets associated with that NFT
  • the NFT is considered “Boosted”

Vault Boosts apply to NFTs regardless of whether they are currently owned or unowned.

Ownership and Eligibility

Ownership determines who benefits from a Vault Boost.

  • If an NFT is owned at the time of the Boost, the holder receives the benefit.
  • If an NFT is unowned, the Boost is still applied and becomes part of the NFT’s underlying asset base.

Vault Boosts enhance the collectible attributes of NFTs but do not guarantee any change in market value.

Pricing Policy

NFT pricing remains fixed during the initial distribution phase.

Vault Boosts do not result in immediate price adjustments.

Price reevaluation may occur after a significant portion of the collection has been distributed, generally targeting a threshold of approximately 80% ownership.

Types of Boosts

Vault Boosts may include:

  • additional base cards
  • parallel cards (e.g., Press Proof Silver)
  • premium inserts
  • other collectible assets

Boost types are not fixed and may evolve over time.

Frequency

Vault Boosts do not follow a fixed schedule.

Events occur at the discretion of The QB Club and may be influenced by:

  • market activity
  • community engagement
  • Treasury conditions
  • special events

The QB Club may modify, suspend, or discontinue Vault Boost activity at any time.

Player Matching Criteria

For a card to qualify for a Vault Boost, it must be clearly attributable to a single player represented by an NFT in the collection.

Eligible cards must:

  • feature only one clearly identifiable player
  • correspond directly to an existing NFT player

Cards that do not meet this standard will not be assigned to individual NFTs.

This includes:

  • multi-player cards
  • celebration or highlight cards
  • team cards
  • cards without a clearly defined primary player

In cases where attribution is ambiguous, the card will default to Treasury.

All determinations regarding player attribution and eligibility are made solely by The QB Club and are final.

Non-Matching Cards

Cards obtained during Vault Boost events that do not correspond to an existing NFT player may be:

  • retained as Treasury inventory
  • sold via secondary markets (e.g., eBay)
  • bundled or repurposed
  • used to fund future Vault Boost activity

All proceeds remain within The QB Club ecosystem and are deployed at the discretion of The QB Club.

Asset Custody

All cards obtained through Vault Boost events are stored within The QB Club vault system.

Physical cards are held in custody by The QB Club.

NFTs represent a claim on associated vaulted assets subject to these rules.

At this time, vaulted assets are not withdrawable by NFT holders and Vault Boosts are not detachable from the original NFT.

Future redemption or withdrawal functionality, if introduced, may be subject to additional terms, verification requirements, and operational constraints.

Transparency

The QB Club intends to maintain a public Vault Boost Journal documenting:

  • date of event
  • method of Boost
  • affected NFTs
  • assets added

Timing and completeness of updates may vary.

Use of blockchain-based assets involves risk, including potential loss of access, technical failures, and market volatility.
